• Smart Reply: Automated response suggestions for chat conversations
• Ice Breaker: Conversation starter generation based on profile analysis
• Topic Ender: Polite conversation conclusion suggestions
• Profile Optimizer: Dating profile analysis and improvement recommendations
• Profile Polisher: Personal bio and description enhancement
• Photo Analyzer: Image analysis for dating profile optimization
• Conversation Rehearser: AI-powered conversation practice and training

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without liability. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach
• Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts providing inaccurate, incomplete, or false information.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service for:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Unauthorized collection of personal information from others
• Spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Circumventing security features or service restrictions
• Infringing upon intellectual property or privacy rights
• Generating or distributing hate speech, threats, or harmful content

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Myrion and its licensors. The service is protected by domestic and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Your AI Dating Coach

Think of our AI as your experienced wingman, not a replacement for your judgment:

• You're always in control—use what resonates, ignore what doesn't
• Real connections happen when your authentic self shines through our guidance
• We continuously refine our recommendations based on what actually works in real dating scenarios
• Your intuition + our insights = unstoppable dating confidence

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. Where applicable:

• Fees will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Price changes will be notified to you before they take effect

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myrion, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall Myrion's total liability exceed the amount actually paid by you in the preceding 12 months for the service, or 100 USD if you have not paid any fees.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Myrion expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we warrant that the information obtained through the service is accurate or reliable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
